Migration Process

To migrate to the Release6.0.1 version, follow the migration process given below:

Step 1: Refer to the migration process described in the Release6.0.0.1 version.

Step 2: Run the ServiceDesk Advanced job.

Servicedesk Advanced Job (“ Servicedesk_V1_Update” )

In the Administration > Advanced Job module, on the "Name Column," click on the Search icon and enter the name of the advanced job "Servicedesk_V1_Update" and click Enter. The related advanced job is displayed. Select the "Servicedesk_V1_Update" advanced job and run it.
