Bug Fixes and Minor Enhancements

  • Tags 
    • In the Tags, Tiles view, the drag-and-drop functionality for tags is activated only upon hovering over the six-dot menu. 
  • Data Catalog
    • In the Data Catalog > Reports Summary Page, the usage stats icon is missing in the top users list. This functionality has been enhanced by adding the usage stats icons in the top users list. 
  • Business Glossary - Terms
    • In the Business Glossary > term summary, the issue of not displaying Governance Roles (4,5 & 6) for a domain-specific term within the Top Users list has been resolved. Now, users can view all the governance roles in the Term summary under the top users' list.
    • In the Business Glossary > term (List View & Summary), the issue of not displaying the accurate count of associated objects for the term in the grid view and its summary page has been fixed. Users can now see the precise count of associated objects in both the grid view and term summary. In the list view, the user will see the overall count of associated objects, but in the term summary page, the user will be able to view the data objects to which they have access.
  • File Manager
    • In the File Manager, when users try to catalog a partitioned file, they encounter an issue where the partitioned folder catalogs all the sub-files instead of only one file. This functionality has been enhanced by running an advanced job, "Intelligent ADL Catalog,"  and providing the Partitioned folder pattern and file name pattern in the attribute values, which will catalog only the required file instead of all files.
  • Data Quality Rules 
    • In the Data Quality > Data Quality Rule summary, the issue regarding updating contacts has been resolved. Users can now update contacts for the required data quality rule.
  • Advanced Tools
    • In the Lineage Maintenance, while adding the source or destination objects, and selecting the connector, the page is blinking. This functionality is enhanced and now it is working properly. 
  • Administration > Connectors
    • In the Administration > Connectors, the issue of not fetching paginated Power BI reports after crawling has been fixed. Users can now crawl and fetch the required Power BI paginated reports.
