Bug Fixes

  1. Home 

    1. Elastic Search - The issue related to the display of the duplicate search results is now fixed and working as expected.

    2. Global & Elastic Search - When the user clicks on apply for a particular connection type, instead of displaying the results for that particular connection all other objects’ results are been displayed. But now this issue is fixed and working as expected.

  2. Data Catalog

    1. In the Data Catalog > Tables and Table Columns, the issue related to the display of incorrect last modified date at the Table and Table Columns Level is now fixed and working as expected.

    2. In the Data Catalog > Tables, the issue related to not navigating to the column detail page when clicked on the Column Name is now resolved and working as expected.

    3. In the Data Catalog > Databases, the issue related to the missing of the Business Description on removing the Bulk Terms is now fixed and working as expected.

    4. In the Data Catalog > Query, the issue related to the Popularity Score not getting increased after viewing the Query again is now fixed and working as expected.

    5. In the Data Catalog > Query, when a particular query is searched in the Query Column an error message is been displayed. But now this issue is fixed and working as expected.

    6. In the Data Catalog > Reports, the issue related to the missing of the Business Description at the Report Level is now fixed and working as expected.

    7. In the Data Catalog, the issue related to the missing of the Title at the Column Level Statistics is now fixed and working as expected.

  3. Business Glossary

    1. In the Business Glossary, the issue related to the editing of the Term in the Published State is now fixed and working as expected.

    2. In the Business Glossary, the issue related to not displaying the Business Glossary main page after successful filtration of the Term is now been resolved and working as expected. 

  4. Governance Catalog

    1. In the Governance Catalog > Certification Policy, the issue related to the display of the “You do not have permission” message while adding the policy in the Certification Policy page with MRDN user type is now fixed and working as expected.

    2. In the Governance Catalog > Certification Policy, when the Policy for Lineage present level 2 for Table is created, the table is not getting certified for the Table object. But now this issue is fixed and working as expected.

    3. In the Governance Catalog > Data Quality Rule, when the user selects the individual objects and runs the Rule instead of the selected objects all the objects are running in the active state. But now this issue is fixed and working as expected.

    4. In the Governance Catalog > Data Quality Rule, the issue related to the Rule getting failed even after providing the correct input range for SQL value range is now fixed and working as expected.

  5. File Manager

    1. In the File Manager > Catalog File/Folders, the issue related to the display of incorrect Profile results (Minimum and Maximum Values) for Excel File is now fixed and working as expected.

  6. Advanced Tools

    1. In the Advanced Tools > Compare Schema, the issue related to displaying the results associated with the tables of the second schema (rights schema) only is fixed and working as expected.

    2. In the Advanced Tools > Load Data from files, when the manual lineage is uploaded and if the “table” and “view” contain the same name then the lineage is not getting build and an error message table does not exist is been displayed. But now this issue is fixed and working as expected.

    3. In the Advanced Tools > Ovaledge API > User API > Update Status, the issue related to the display of mandatory fields and inactive users is now fixed and working as expected.

    4. In the Advanced Tools > Ovaledge API > Global Domain API > getOvalEdgeCategories, the issue related to the missing of a domain name in the Response is now fixed and working as expected.

    5. In the Advanced Tools > Load Metadata from files, the issue related to the failure of the Load metadata from files for lineage due to the Null Pointer exception is now fixed and working as expected.
  7. Administration 

    1. In the Administration > Security > Databases, the issue related to getting an error message while updating the Available Roles is now fixed and working as expected.

    2. In the Administration > Security > Add New Domain, the issue related to not displaying the default data is now fixed and working as expected.

    3. In the Administration > Security > Manage Roles, the issue related to the non-removal of the default admin access and unable to delete the role is now fixed and working as expected. 

    4. LDAP Authentication

      1. When the user login’s with the “jumpcloud” credentials, the issue related to enabling of Change Password option in the My Resource > My Profile and Administration > User Manager > 9 Dots modules are now fixed and the Change Password option is been disabled in the respective modules.

    5. SingleSignOn Authentication

      1. When the user login’s with the “Okta” credentials, the issue related to allowing the user to edit the User and Roles in the User Manager module is now fixed and the Edit Option for the available Roles is now been disabled.

      2. When the user login’s with the “Okta” credentials, the issue related to enabling of Change Password option in the My Resource > My Profile and Administration > User Manager > 9 Dots modules are now fixed and the Change Password option is been disabled in the respective modules. 

  8. Connectors

    1. In the Administration > Crawler > Looker Connector, the issue related to not displaying the Associated Objects in the Data Catalog > Reports > Lineage > Associations is now fixed and working as expected.

    2. In the Administration > Crawler > Snowflake Connector, the issue related to getting the error logs in the Job Logs module is now fixed and working as expected.

    3. In the Administration > Crawler > SAP Table Connector, the issue related to Crawling/Profiling previously crawled tables every time is now fixed and working as expected.

    4. In the Administration > Crawler > SSAS Connector, the issue related to not displaying the columns set with a Multidimensional table condition as “True” is now fixed and working as expected.
