How to schedule Profiling?
To profile the data source:
- Select the desired data source.
- Click on the Crawl/Profile button, and the Select Important Schema For Profiling and Crawling pop-up window is displayed.
- Select the relevant schemas and select the Crawl/Profile option.
- Click Run to profile the data source.
- View the progress of the profile job in the Jobs tab.
We can also perform Profiling for Files in Data Catalog if the data source is crawled.
To configure profile settings:
- Select the desired data source.
- Click on the nine dots button on the right side of the screen and select the Setting option to configure the desired profile settings.
